Whole building Life Cycle Assessments account for all emissions related to a project, including embodied, operational emissions over the estimated building life, and end-of-life emissions. Life Cycle Assessments give project teams and building owners a full understanding of the true environmental impact of their project.

As we reduce operational emissions with increased energy efficiency measures, the contribution of the embodied or upfront emissions of buildings accounts for a greater impact than ever before. Embodied emission reporting and life Cycle Assessments are quickly becoming a sustainability industry and regulatory standard.

Our staff can join your project team to provide wbLCA at all stages of design from baseline modeling to post-construction evaluation and can analyze any physical scope (structure, enclosure, interiors, furnishings, and sitework). We can provide wbLCAs to comply with green building certification and regulatory requirements.
