Good Titrations, our most unique cannabis project to date, is the only onsite consumption facility in the state of Alaska and is the first in the country to combine a licensed cannabis grow, retail, kitchen (phased for future use), and onsite consumption lounge under one roof.

The goal was to provide a space that offers more than just a place to consume cannabis. We wanted to create a living room where guests want to spend an extended amount of time.

The “show-grow” being at the center of the facility provides an attraction for Alaskan cannabis tourism. The grow room is meant to be educational as well as a reminder of where it all begins. 

The retail area was intended to be clean and light, contrasting the moody atmosphere of the café and lounge.

The adaptive reuse of an existing former Chili’s structure reduces the embodied carbon inherent in new construction, keeps materials from going to the landfill and saves money. The entire structure was kept intact and we even reused some of the window treatments.
