An innovative approach to green and affordable housing, this project brings the Portland Development Commission (PDC) into partnership. Five freestanding passive solar homes and five sustainable row houses join a common green, featuring gardens with permeable walking and driving surfaces. The project features a unique approach to using and accommodating automobiles while eliminating garages and providing more shared open space.
