Peninsula Park Commons

These buildings greatly expand the existing Peninsula Park Community by adding three new units and interior common spaces. An existing building and its interior commons are linked to the new buildings with an intimate community gathering place that includes open space, cob structures, native plantings, and sculptural stairways. The new housing features passive solar orientation and sun porches, green insulation and finishes, recycled wood and windows, energy efficient appliances, many shared amenities, and gathering places built by the Peninsula Park Community.
