The project is comprised of three lots, each containing a single-family dwelling with an ADU (6 units total). The buildings frame a shared courtyard providing a mix of communal, semi-private and private outdoor spaces, including a vegetable garden and a play area. The shared courtyard allows the footprints of the buildings to be maximized on the site without sacrificing outdoor space and encouraging communal living.
Parking is provided off of the alleyway to the north in garages with ADUs above. Each ADU has a private second-story balcony that spills down into the communal courtyard below.
