The client wanted a really well functioning greenhouse so we used some smart techniques to make it just right for her. Utilizing the stack effect, moving air from the low windows to the vent at the top. Reducing overheating on hot days and keeping the greenhouse warm on cold days creates healthier plants and preserves airflow which helps with mold issues.
To save on permitting we did this whole remodel while avoiding structural impacts on the main house.
