We discuss costs and timeframes, and we do permit research to assure that no unpermitted work has been done on the home.

Full Design Services 

When you are ready to take the next step, this VISIONING INSPECTION will inform the design process and will reduce mistakes from the the outset. The visioning report will give you a leg up in turning a new or old property into your dream home.
