We recently checked out Fireclay's new showroom in Portland and were impressed by the breadth and quality of their tile and fixtures. Their Foundry line caught our eye immediately.
The Foundry line draws us in with its natural earth tones and matte finishes. As Fireclay describes it: "Foundry celebrates raw materials, honest craftsmanship, and timeless design with the soft forms of industry-first ceramic knob handles, finished in the glaze of your choice."

Sustainability Features
Of course, we asked about their sustainability and ethical practices. Fireclay's tile is made of 75%+ recycled content, including post-consumer porcelain and glass, plus refined granite dust from a neighboring quarry, which also makes it exceptionally durable. They're on a mission to become a Zero Waste manufacturer and currently divert over 90% of waste to recycling or compost. The line is certified EPD, HPD, LEED Credit, and Climate/Carbon Neutral.
